General Guidelines

 Our products are handcrafted and though we try to keep lots of stock on hand to be able to fill orders in 2-5 business days, there are those times when we are busy as bees and just need a bit more time to complete your order.  On those occasions, or for larger orders, we will let you know the expected shipping date, for your convenience.

US Shipping

 FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more! 

Orders under $100 are a flat rate of $5.95 USD and will sent First Class USPS Mail. 

If you prefer Priority Mail Shipping, please go to our Contact Us page or email us at eoinstitches@gmail.com and we will arrange for an emailed invoice for the shipping difference.

International Shipping

 We now ship to most countries Internationally! 

We ship USPS First Class International starting at $16.30, unless otherwise requested.   We will also ship USPS Priority Mail, 6-10 business days, for an additional cost at special request. 

An emailed invoice will be provided for the additional shipping cost.  Please contact us for more details.

Local to Clifton Park, NY?  Want to Pick up Orders?

 Please email us if you plan to pick up your order in our Clifton Park, NY office.  We will remove or refund shipping costs from your order.
